The Role

The Role: Front Desk Receptionist | Fairfax, VA As the Front Desk Receptionist, you're the first smile patients see when they walk in. You'll help keep things running smoothly, from checking people in to answering calls and making patients feel welcome, heard, and supported.

What You'll Do

• Greet patients (and their support crew) with warmth and professionalism
• Update and verify patient info at every visit
• Help with forms and answer patient questions
• Answer phones and emails — with clarity, kindness, and efficiency
• Make appointment reminder calls
• Get to know our patients — names, stories, and what makes them feel seen
• Keep the front space clean, calm, and inviting
• Use scheduling software and medical office tech like a pro
• Pitch in wherever needed — we're a team, always
