We are looking for a professional, bright, and enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Your role will be vital in ensuring the efficient operation of our practice and enhancing patient experience through friendly, professional, and attentive interactions. You will coordinate patient flow, assist with payments, billing, insurance, schedule appointments, maintain patient charts, and perform various administrative tasks.
The Front Desk Receptionist greets patients, manages check-in and check-out, enters new patient information, reviews charts for accuracy, ensures signatures are obtained, and collects payments as needed.
