Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Front Desk associate to be the face of our service at the properties we support in Daytona Beach, FL. The role involves greeting residents and guests, directing visitors, and monitoring access to the building.

You will also handle deliveries, engage residents, monitor the fire alarm system, resolve complaints and maintain daily records. Must stay flexible, provide excellent customer service, and adhere to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and directing residents, guests, and invitees
• Monitoring and controlling access to the building
• Handling deliveries and packages
• Stands, greets, and engages residents; checks guests and service providers in/out
• Monitoring the fire alarm emergency response system
• Resolving and following up on all complaints/issues
• Maintaining daily records and forms
• Follows safety procedures and strives to maintain a safe work environment
• Other duties as needed.
