Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Patient Service Specialist at our Washington, DC outpatient physical therapy center. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday with hours that vary and some evenings. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, based on experience.

You will be the first point of contact, greeting and registering patients and guiding them through their visit and next steps. Responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating with attorneys, insurers, and translation services, handling

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and information about their next appointment as they check out
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
• Regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications
