RiseMe is seeking a professional Patient Services Representative - Front Desk to join our healthcare team. You will manage registration, appointment scheduling, and clinical call coordination across multiple practices and facilities, shaping a positive patient experience.

This part-time role pays $20-$24 hourly and requires Fridays, 8 hours. The ideal candidate has a HS diploma, 0-1 year of customer service, and proficient billing and computer system skills to support efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, healthcare, or retail environment.
• Proficient in collecting patient payments at the time of service.
• Skilled in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival and manage patient registration and appointment scheduling with high level of service.
• Accurately triage and route clinical calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
• Support patients in completing required forms and paperwork with clear guidance.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and work area to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Identify and escalate patient concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Understand billing processes and ensure compliance with departmental productivity benchmarks.
• Enter referral information and keep patient records up-to-date.
