Qualifications

• Experience with multi-line phone systems.
• Typing speed 45+ WPM.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
• Experience with EMR systems such as Athena.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors professionally.
• Resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Schedule appointments and update patient records in EMR.
• Perform outreach: reminder calls and emails.
• Handle high-volume phone calls with appropriate protocols.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect copays.
• Process payments at point of service.
• Provide general administrative support and supply management.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to clinic safety policies.
