LifeStance Health is hiring a Medical Office Receptionist to manage front desk operations, greet patients, verify insurance, collect co-pays, and support telehealth access. You will collaborate with clinicians and staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.

The role requires strong communication, HIPAA compliance, and experience in healthcare operations, with a starting wage of about $21/hour plus bonus potential. Located at our Waukesha clinic in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
• Experience in healthcare operations or customer service is desirable.
• Strong communication and HIPAA awareness required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check them in/out courteously and efficiently.
• Manage front desk activities and maintain clinic paperwork.
• Assist with telehealth setup and patient portal issues as needed.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays at visit time.
• Support clinicians with administrative tasks and scheduling accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, secure, and organized reception area.
