Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking a Patient Services Associate I for Feasterville Family Medicine to professionally handle arrival/departure activities and verify demographics, insurance and referrals. You will primarily work at the front desk, greet patients, and support efficient patient flow to exam rooms while adhering to HIPAA and regulatory standards.

Experience in customer service or patient-facing healthcare is preferred, and EPIC proficiency is required for scheduling and check-in/out.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service and/or patient-facing healthcare experience preferred.
• Proficiency with EPIC for scheduling, check-in/check-out.

Responsibilities

• Process check in/out and scheduling via EPIC.
• Greet patients and maintain professional, courteous interactions.
• Preserve patient flow and escalate concerns as needed.
• Adhere to HIPAA privacy and security requirements.
