Qualifications

• Customer service experience in healthcare preferred.
• Experience with front desk operations and EPIC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process check-in and check-out at the front desk.
• Schedule patient appointments via EPIC.
• Greet patients and visitors professionally in person or on the phone.
• Maintain efficient patient flow and escalate concerns as needed.
• Uphold HIPAA privacy and security requirements.
