Responsibilities

• Open the reception area and monitor lobby activities.
• Welcome visitors, determine the nature of business, and direct them to the appropriate staff.
• Answer phones, greet patients, and route inquiries.
• Enter and update patient information and billing data in the system.
• Assist with insurance follow-up and billing tasks.
• Check-in patients and collect co-pays and balances.
• Operate office equipment and escalate issues as needed.
