Qualifications

• Experience in a medical office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact with patients, referring physicians, and the public.
• Check patients in, answer calls, and route to appropriate parties.
• Schedule appointments and collect balances due at time of service.
• Support front desk duties and maintain a welcoming environment.
