ICON Eyecare Grand Junction is seeking a full-time Front Desk Medical Receptionist to greet patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and assist with billing in a friendly, professional manner. Training is provided.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of customer care experience, strong communication, and proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). This role offers benefits including medical, dental and a generous 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Two years of patient/customer care experience or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and direct calls in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check patients in/out and schedule appointments.
• Bill visits through insurance and enter CPT/ICD-10 codes.
• Assist with end-of-day counts and daily deposits.
• Quote and discuss surgical fees, co-pays, and financing options.
