Job summary

Mercy Hospital Stoddard is seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. You will manage front desk operations and workflows to ensure a seamless, positive patient experience at Mercy’s clinic in Dexter, MO.

The role requires strong communication, data entry, and customer service skills, with confidentiality and the ability to work under pressure. PRN days, evenings, and weekends with a clinic core desk training post-hire.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of medical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and workflows to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Support patient check-in/check-out processes and scheduling.
• Attend Clinic Core Front Desk Training post-hire.
