Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage the front office daily activities ensuring quality customer service.
• Provide support to patients with various requests via phone, email, and in-person.
• Assist clinicians with administrative duties and appointment accuracy.
