Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in medical office preferred; EMR familiarity a plus.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in for appointments.
• Provide high level of customer service and schedule appointments.
• Manage scheduling with provider availability and room usage.
• Notify clinicians of patient arrivals and delays.
• Process incoming faxes and maintain documentation.
• Enter patient data and treatment plans into EMR.
• Prepare treatment rooms and assist patients during therapy.
• Maintain supplies and assist with inventory.
