Job summary

Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is seeking a Clinic Support Associate to join our outpatient team. You will handle front desk duties, assist clinicians, and ensure a welcoming, efficient patient experience in a fast-paced setting.

This hands-on role supports scheduling, data entry in the EMR, and coordination with physicians. Mon-Fri 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; training provided; opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One (1) year of medical office experience preferred, EMR familiarity a plus.
• One year of customer service experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Suite is required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes patients and visitors, manages check-in and inquiries.
• Delivers high-level customer service and optimizes appointment scheduling.
• Manages scheduling to maximize provider availability and room use.
• Maintains patient flow and notifies clinicians of delays.
• Performs data entry into EMR and generates reports.
• Receives and processes incoming faxes promptly and maintains documentation.
