Allergy Partners, a leading allergy and asthma care provider, is hiring a Patient Service Representative in Greenville, SC. The role focuses on patient registration, phone service, scheduling, and accurate handling of payments and deposits with daily reconciliation.

You will maintain patient charts, assist in referrals, and support front-office operations while ensuring HIPAA compliance and courteous service to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in a medical office or customer service position.
• Proven success asking for payment, making change, and balancing a cash drawer.
• Familiarity with scheduling and rearranging appointments effectively.
• Comfortable using email, word processing and interacting with Internet applications.
• Bi-lingual is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer the telephone professionally and schedule appointments.
• Screen visitors and respond to information requests.
• Balance daily transactions and post charges/payments.
• Register patients and collect payments at checkout.
• Maintain patient charts and confidentiality per HIPAA.
