Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Healthcare front desk or patient service experience.
• Experience with EPIC or similar EMR.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients for pre-certifications and educate on financial policies.
• Check-in/check-out and collect co-payments, balance cash drawer.
• Answer and route phone calls for efficient communication.
• Schedule patient appointments to ensure timely visits.
• Document patient information in EPIC for care coordination.
• Reconcile payments and close cash drawer daily.
• Maintain patient experience and safety per policies.
