JWCH Institute, Inc + Wesley Health Centers seeks a Front Desk Receptionist to greet visitors, screen and direct guests, and manage a busy lobby at Crocker RCFE. You will handle calls, log messages, and coordinate with program staff while upholding confidentiality and patient-centered service.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in reception or public-facing environments, and strong communication across diverse populations. Training in AIDET is provided annually.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors in a warm, professional manner.
• Direct visitors to their destinations and manage front lobby flow.
