Responsibilities

• Provide high level of customer service and assist with wayfinding and information.
• Check patients in/out and perform visit closure activities including payments.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits using verification systems or payer contacts.
• Assist with clerical duties, including copying, scanning, and filing.
