Casper Medical Imaging PC is seeking a Patient Access Representative for day-to-day administrative and office duties. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and experience in customer service, preferably in a medical office.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in customer service or reception in a medical setting.
• Completion of course in Medical Terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Confirm and process patients' demographic and insurance information.
• Maintain a secure environment following clinic policies.
• Collect copays and explain financial requirements to patients.
• Perform general administrative duties including filing and data entry.

Skills

Multi-line phone system use

Diplomacy and tact

Microsoft Office proficiency

Typing speed of at least 45 WPM

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
