Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with service excellence.
• Explain eligibility criteria to patients regarding clinical service access.
• Verify patient eligibility statuses and insurance information.
• Check patients in for appointments and generate clinical encounters.
• Schedule patient clinical appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts.
