Abode Services in Alameda County seeks a Swing Shift Desk Clerk to provide linkage, referral and follow-up support connecting participants to primary care and social services. This full-time desk role includes street outreach to engage homeless adults in medical care, benefits applications and coordinated entry assessments.

You will work with a mission-driven team, participate in trainings, and help maintain a safe, welcoming front desk while coordinating with leasing and property staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide linkage, referral and follow along support to connect participants to primary care and ongoing medical and social services.
• Engage homeless adults in medical care and assist with benefits applications and referrals to psychiatric care and social services.
• Complete coordinated entry assessments and maintain accurate property and visitor records.
• Maintain a safe, clean front desk area and assist with light janitorial duties as needed.
• Foster teamwork with property staff and other site personnel; attend required meetings and trainings.
