• Financial Results and Cost Control: Manage expenses, schedule staff efficiently, and seek cost-saving measures.
• People Management and Training: Evaluate staff, provide feedback, hire and develop team, maintain training records.
• Self/Workload Management: Attend meetings, communicate plans, manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
• Safety/Risk Management: Conduct routine inspections to maintain safety and compliance.
