Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: ensure guest satisfaction and respond to needs promptly; train staff and model service standards; develop programs to increase guest satisfaction.
• Financial: manage expenses, labor, and procurement to meet budget; suggest front desk revenue enhancements.
• People Management: evaluate performance, hire, coach, train, and provide feedback; maintain training records.
• Self/Workload: participate in department/hotel meetings; manage multiple priorities with strong organization and planning.
• Safety: conduct routine inspections and maintain a clean, safe work environment per procedures.
