Fit Factory is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to be the first contact for members and guests. You will greet clients, handle check-ins, answer inquiries, and support day-to-day gym operations with a team‑oriented, fast-paced approach.
The ideal candidate enjoys fitness, communicates well, and can work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Prior gym or customer service experience is a plus.

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Member Associate who is able to close the clubs during the week to join our team. As a Member Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our members, helping them with their fitness needs, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for someone who loves fitness, enjoys interacting with people, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You would be responsible for the closing shifts during the weekend Friday through Sunday.
