AtWork Personnel in Covington, KY, is seeking an Onboarding & Reception / Recruiter Assistant for a part-time, entry-level role. You will be the welcoming face of our office, supporting recruiters and guiding candidates through onboarding; training is available.

The position offers approximately 20 hours per week, with a Tue, Thu, Fri schedule and pay of $17–$18 per hour. This is an entry-level opportunity with training provided to the right person.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet candidates and visitors and provide excellent customer service.
• Answer and direct calls, monitor communications, and assist with reception duties.
• Guide candidates through onboarding steps including paperwork, ID verification, background checks, payroll setup.
• Maintain candidate records and update information in staffing systems.
• Assist recruiters with calling candidates, scheduling interviews.
• Support a tidy, professional office and perform general admin tasks.
