Job Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service, courtesy, and care to guests, responding promptly to questions and requests.
• Prepare daily Food & Beverage revenue reports and create and balance PMS reports for revenue and settlement accounts with attention to detail.
• Make corrections and adjustments via PMS and troubleshoot computer issues during the shift.
• Enter revenue, expenses, and allowances into the system to generate daily reports, including Guest Ledger and Restaurant Summaries.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and answer phone calls professionally and courteously.
• Address guest concerns with attentive service recovery.

Physical Demands

• Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 10 lbs.
• Stand and move around in guest service and restaurant/bar areas throughout the shift.
• Primarily standing during the shift.

Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

• Preferred hotel experience.
• At least 1 year as a Guest Services Agent.
• Knowledge of accounting operations such as accounts receivable, payable, and service fees.
• Basic math skills for financial reporting.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Experience with hotel PMS systems is a plus.
