Job description

Join to apply for the Front Desk Night Auditor role at Hilton President Kansas City.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Night Auditor to work part-time at the front desk, primarily on weekend overnight shifts.

Essential Functions
  1. Providing guest services including check-in/check-out, managing lobby traffic, assisting with luggage, handling reservations, and telephone services.
  2. Responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues, and handling complaints.
  3. Posting charges, auditing guest folios, and maintaining accurate cash and receipt records.
  4. Preparing and reconciling sales summaries.
Qualifications
  • At least one year of front desk or night auditor experience preferred.
  • Experience with PEP property management system is strongly preferred.
  • Hilton Hotels experience is strongly preferred.
Abilities
  • Ability to work overnight shifts (11PM-7AM) on weekends.
  • Proficiency in typing and Microsoft Office.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Basic math skills including calculations of percentages, ratios, and measurements.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Customer interaction and visibility throughout the shift.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Starting pay: $17.00/hr with potential for increases and a $500 bonus after 90 days.
  • Benefits include travel perks, paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) match.
