Job description

Our property is seeking a night auditor to join our growing group of hospitality professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to financial details, a genuine love of interacting with people, and a superior commitment to customer satisfaction. Previous hotel experience is not required but guest service experience is highly preferred. Responsibilities:

1. Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process.
2. Delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest complaints, process reservations and check-ins, and other front desk agent duties as required.
3. Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management, department heads, and general manager.
4. Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required.
5. Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property.

Qualifications:

1. Overnight shift; requires flexible hours.
2. Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired.
3. Some college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
4. Front desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
5. Outstanding communication skills and excellent customer service skills are required.

Compensation:

$18 - $20 hourly
