Job summary

Axiom Hotel in San Francisco is seeking a friendly, detail oriented Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor to join our team. You will handle check-in/check-out, cash handling, luggage assistance, and concierge tasks with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in a customer/guest service and/or public contact related job.
• Must be computer literate, ideally with a knowledge of Google Workspace.
• High comfort level with various aspects of technology to ensure seamless day-to-day activities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with co-workers and the public.

Responsibilities

• Provide gracious and sincere customer service to all arriving and departing hotel guests and visitors.
• Follow all specified hotel procedures to properly conduct Front of the House business including check-in/check-out, reservations, and payments.
• Communicate service and amenities and provide Concierge support as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of local restaurants, events, and activities to enhance guest experiences.
• Be adaptable, calm, and responsive to guest needs and emergencies.
