Opulence Home Equity is seeking a friendly Front Desk & Mortgage Processing Assistant to join our team in Ramsey, NJ. You will be the first point of contact, handling calls, visitors, and general office tasks while supporting the mortgage team with basic file organization.

No prior mortgage processing experience is required; full training will be provided. This role offers an opportunity to grow within a collaborative, client-focused office and learn essential loan processing fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient with computers, email, and basic office software.
• Willing to multitask between front desk and administrative tasks.
• Mortgage experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Greet and assist clients, visitors, vendors, and other guests.
• Receive, scan, upload, organize, and distribute incoming documents.
• Assist the processing team with setting up and organizing new loan files.
• Maintain confidentiality of borrower and company information.
