Opulence Home Equity in Ramsey, NJ is seeking an experienced Reverse Mortgage Processor to join our growing team. This role suits a mortgage professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong communication skills.

You will process reverse mortgage loan files from application through closing, review borrower documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory timelines while coordinating with borrowers, loan officers, title companies, and other parties.

Competenze

• Experience in mortgage processing required.
• Reverse mortgage/HECM processing experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of mortgage documents, disclosures, and compliance timelines.
• Excellent communication and borrower relationship skills.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Process reverse mortgage loan files from application through closing
• Review and organize borrower documentation to ensure complete and accurate loan files
• Prepare and distribute required disclosures in compliance with regulatory timelines
