You will process reverse mortgage loan files from application through closing, review borrower documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory timelines while coordinating with borrowers, loan officers, title companies, and other parties.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage processing required.
• Reverse mortgage/HECM processing experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of mortgage documents, disclosures, and compliance timelines.
• Excellent communication and borrower relationship skills.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process reverse mortgage loan files from application through closing
• Review and organize borrower documentation to ensure complete and accurate loan files
• Prepare and distribute required disclosures in compliance with regulatory timelines
• Communicate directly with borrowers, loan officers, title companies, and third parties to obtain required documentation and clear conditions
• Monitor loan milestones and maintain accurate pipeline updates
• Ensure files meet lender, investor, and compliance guidelines
• Assist in resolving loan conditions and processing-related issues on time
