Job summary

The Lash Lounge is seeking a Front Desk Associate to deliver exceptional guest service, drive membership and retail sales, and book client appointments at our salon. You will greet visitors and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere across shifts.

Experience with MindBody is a plus. We offer hourly wages with sales commissions, free lash extensions, discounts on services and products, and growth opportunities within a growing network of salons.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and day shifts.
• Availability for 3 shifts per week.
• Experience with MindBody Software is a plus.

The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 100 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Extensions, Perming, Tinting, Threading, and more. We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests’ natural lashes.

Position

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Associate for our salon. Your focus will be on providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests, selling memberships (which save our guests so much money!) and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and booking clients. If you have a P.A.S.S.I.O.N for sales and providing outstanding Customer Service, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
