Job summary

The Lash Lounge Pittsburgh - South Hills is seeking a motivated Front Desk Associate to deliver an outstanding guest experience, drive membership and retail sales, and schedule appointments. You will greet guests, answer phones, and contribute to a welcoming, smooth-running salon environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in customer service or retail, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or retail sales experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and day shifts.
• Available for 3 shifts per week; MindBody software exposure is a plus.

The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 100 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Extensions, Perming, Tinting, Threading, and more. We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests’ natural lashes.

Position

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Associate for our salon. Your focus will be on providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests, selling memberships (which save our guests so much money!) and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and booking clients. If you have a P.A.S.S.I.O.N for sales and providing outstanding Customer Service, we would love to hear from you!
