Job summary

The Lash Lounge is seeking a part-time Front Desk Associate to join our salon. You will focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience, driving membership and retail sales, and efficiently booking appointments both in person and by phone.

Hours are Tue–Fri 4:00pm–8:00pm and Sat 9:30am–6:00pm, with a goal of maintaining a welcoming, organized front desk and supporting store operations, including inventory and social media presence.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or retail sales experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings.
• Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Increase memberships and retail sales.
• Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience.
• Book appointments in person or by phone.
• Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment.
• Maintain our social media presence.
