Job summary

Orange Theory Fitness Alliance - Fort Worth is seeking a Member Ambassador to support front-of-house studio operations during the closing shift. You will greet members, handle inquiries, process transactions, and help achieve sales goals.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, clear communication, and excellent organization, thriving in a fast-paced environment while partnering with the Fitness Team to ensure a welcoming member experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieves daily, weekly and monthly sales and membership goals.
• Maintains accurate records using established sales systems.
• Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls.
• Leads studio previews with prospects and/or fitness program holders.
• Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly entrance.
