Job summary

Orange Theory Fitness is seeking a Member Ambassador to support front-of-house operations and drive membership sales. The role focuses on hitting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, processing transactions, and delivering excellent member care in a fast-paced studio environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and sales skills, a passion for health and fitness, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Experience in a quota-bearing structure is highly preferred.
• Ability to assist with onboarding and client intake processes.

Responsibilities

• Achieves daily, weekly and monthly sales and membership goals.
• Establishes and maintains referral program.
• Handles front desk operations and processes cash/card transactions.
• Greets members with a friendly, energetic welcome.
• Collaborates with Fitness Team to fulfill studio processes.
