Job summary

Orange Theory Fitness in Dallas is seeking a Member Ambassador to drive front-of-house studio operations and sales. You will meet and exceed membership, package, and retail targets, while delivering exceptional customer service and onboarding new clients.

The role emphasizes a fast-paced, friendly environment within the Orange Team, with opportunities for growth through consistent learning and performance. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

Previous sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Achieves daily, weekly and monthly sales and membership goals.
Establishes and maintains an effective referral program.
Maintains accurate records using sales systems.
Handles telephone inquiries and follow-up calls.
Greets members and guests warmly to create a welcoming entrance.
Processes cash and credit card transactions accurately.
On-boards clients using intake forms and agreements.
Works with the Fitness Team to fulfill processes.
