Job summary

The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC is hiring for a Front Desk/Member Sales role in Wayne, PA. This position emphasizes delivering an exceptional member experience, greeting members warmly, and guiding them through memberships and services.

You’ll work with the team to meet monthly sales targets while promoting our fitness programs and club amenities. Earn up to $55,000 annually with hourly pay + commission, plus clear opportunities for career growth for those ready to level up.

Responsibilities

Welcome and nurture the member experience with friendliness at the core of every interaction.
Greet members in a friendly, engaging way from start to finish of your shift.
Serve members quickly and professionally to build positive, trusting relationships.
Assist with membership questions and concerns with compassion and commitment to a great member experience.
Collaborate with the Facilities team to maintain a club that looks and operates at a high standard.
