Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and AED certifications required before working alone.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.
• Strong communication skills with customers and teammates.
• Team-oriented, motivated, and well-organized.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and using a computer.
• Familiar with Excel and Planet Fitness brand and operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere.
• Operate the Planet Fitness app, updates and content.
• Ensure training is completed to operate safely and efficiently.
• Conduct audits to ensure club is presentable and meets Excel standards.
• Perform walkarounds and complete cleaning tasks, re-inspect.
• Audit and balance cash drawers daily.
• Input and update member information into tablets and POS.
• Ensure members follow policies and guidelines.
• Provide a safe and secure environment for all members.
• Communicate with members and deliver high level service.
• Stock retail and janitorial items for the shift.
• Understand and adhere to company standards and resolve issues.
• Audit inventory and coordinate with GM/AM/Shift Lead on orders.
• Stay up to date on required certifications and training.
• Participate in team meetings and assist promotions.
