Job summary

Excel Fitness is looking for a full-time Club Operations leader in Irving, TX to support the General Manager and Assistant Manager. You will train Team Players, enforce standards, manage daily inspections, and ensure outstanding member service while upholding Excel values.

The role includes supervising up to 6 Team Players, coordinating schedules, and representing the company at community events. CPR/AED certified and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/AED certification required (training offered within 30 days).
• Comfortable standing for long periods.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise a team.
• Excellent communication with internal and external customers.
• Team-oriented, motivated, well-organized.
• Able to think critically and evaluate solutions proactively.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM and AM in implementing strategies to attract and keep members based on Excel Core Values.
• Help train new Team Players and be a team resource by answering questions and training on processes.
• Utilize Team Performance Tracker to meet company metrics.
• Supervise and inspire Team Players to perform their best.
• Monitor and maintain member service, cleanliness, and atmosphere.
• Identify training needs and report findings to club management.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure club is presentable and up to Excel standards.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and address infractions with management.
• Perform daily club inspections and assign/inspect cleaning tasks.
• Hold Team Players accountable for standards and audits.
• Audit club inventory and communicate with GM/AM on orders.
