Crunch Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Charleston, SC. This part-time, hourly non-exempt role ensures all members, guests, and prospective members receive top-notch service and information about memberships and promotions.

The CSR will greet members, handle phone inquiries, update accounts, process payments at the POS, and maintain a clean, organized front desk in compliance with uniform policies. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Part-time, hourly non-exempt position.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in all members, guests, and prospective members.
• Inform prospective members about membership options and current promotions.
• Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
• Process updates to member accounts as needed.
• Operate front desk duties and ensure the club is neat and compliant with policies.
