Job summary

The Salvation Army Omaha Kroc Center is seeking energetic, relationship‑oriented individuals to join our Welcome Desk team. The Member & Guest Services Attendant provides exceptional front‑line customer service and supports administrative operations, serving as a knowledgeable resource on programs, services, and policies.

You will greet members, enter data, handle phone inquiries, maintain profiles, process payments, and collaborate with staff to ensure friendly, confidential, and efficient

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or administrative support preferred.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; ability to learn membership software.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting members and guests.
• Enter and maintain member information, ensuring accuracy and privacy.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct to appropriate departments.
• Set up and maintain basic member profiles and accounts.
