Job summary

EXOS in Dallas is seeking a Receptionist to join our team at the fitness center. You'll greet members, assist with enrollment, manage front desk operations, and provide high-quality customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor.

You will coordinate with the Manager to ensure payroll accuracy, assist with financial tracking reports, maintain locker/towel inventory, prepare membership reports, and respond promptly to member concerns. Strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• Strong organizational skills and customer-service oriented approach.
• Knowledge of Google applications and Microsoft Office applications.
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
