Job summary

Exos is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our team at our fitness centers in Massachusetts. You will greet members, assist with enrollment, manage front desk operations, and support payroll and monthly membership reporting.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Google apps and MS Office. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to contribute to member satisfaction daily.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We're seeking a Receptionist to join our team.

As a Receptionist you will:

• Consistently offer the highest level of personalized member customer service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude
• Greet and welcome new fitness center members, assist with membership enrollment and front desk operations
• Coordinate with Manager to ensure accurate payroll
• Assist and provide information for financial tracking reports
• Assist and maintain accurate tracking of locker and towel service program and inventory items
• Assist with accurate fitness center membership reports and complete monthly membership audits
• Respond to Member’s concerns, suggestions and complaints in a timely, professional and consistent manner.
• Assist with keeping the fitness centers well stocked and clean
• Other duties as needed

Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $15 - $25/hour. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
