The YMCA of Greater Montgomery is seeking a Member Service Staff to welcome members and guests while providing essential customer service. Responsibilities include answering calls, processing memberships, and enforcing visitor policies.

The Member Service Staff is responsible for welcoming members and guests into the facility, answering and transferring calls, inputting information into the computer, and communicating policy and program information to visitors at the desk. In addition, every position in the YMCA of Greater Montgomery is responsible for upholding the Christian principles that are central to our mission by modeling behaviors that exemplify the four pillars of character — caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be at least 18 years old, multi‑task oriented, and have basic computer skills. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Current CPR/AED certification or must certify within 30 days of employment. Must complete YMCA Safety Trainings within 14 days of employment.
