Baseline Fitness in Bismarck, ND is seeking a Customer Service Representative to drive new member sales and create a positive member experience through superior customer service. You will interact with members, prospective members, and guests at the front desk and support various member services tasks.

The role emphasizes greeting members, handling front desk duties, answering calls, conducting tours, and assisting with sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates while maintaining a welcoming

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks.
• Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
• Taking info calls and tours.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
