Job summary

Gold's Gym in Bee Cave, TX is seeking a Front Desk Team Member to warmly greet members, check them in, and direct guests. You will assist with member requests, inquiries about gym operations and policies, and perform administrative tasks as directed by the Gym General Manager.

As the initial point of contact to our club, the Front Desk is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to greet members and handle inquiries professionally.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly to create a friendly entrance and departure.
• Control front door and retail area security and access.
• Check members in using proper procedures and monitor check-ins.
• Register guests and direct them to appropriate staff, including trainers.
• Answer phones professionally, take messages, and escalate as needed.
• Respond promptly to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.
• Maintain neat appearance and wear uniform with nametag.
• Distribute keys, towels and inventory as needed.
• Process retail and concession sales and assist with inventory.
• Attend staff meetings and log maintenance concerns.
• Report safety concerns and incidents to management.
• Work scheduled shifts, adhere to attendance policies, and perform other duties.
