Job summary

Massage Envy is seeking a friendly front desk associate to greet members, answer calls, check in guests for appointments, and promote the Wellness Program. You will engage with members, re-engage inactive clients, and support team goals while maintaining a clean, welcoming clinic.

You should bring a high school diploma or GED, basic math and cash handling skills, and strong phone/computer abilities. Previous customer service experience is a plus in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls.
• Setting and checking members and guests in and out for appointments.
• Greeting members and guests upon arrival.
• Promoting the Wellness Program.
• Re-engaging inactive members.
• Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager’s policies, procedures and direction.
• Upholding Massage Envy brand values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency and empathy.
• Staying updated on retail products and promotions.
• Updating past due accounts through outreach calls to suspended members.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the clinic and health and safety standards.
